Patti Regan CEO/President
In 1991, after years of working on the corporate side as an executive in the entertainment industry, Ms. Regan envisioned and built The Regan Group (TRG), a full-service marketing agency that would strengthen brands through innovative campaigns and promotional initiatives.

A graduate of The University of Kansas with a degree in Communications and Journalism, Patti has since completed the MBA Management Program at Dartmouth University and continues to take classes at UCLA’s prestigious Anderson School of Business.

Her education coupled with her invaluable depth of experience has provided Patti with a keen understanding of key cultural drivers that serve to move and motivate consumers, as well as, demonstrate how brands can better align themselves to the purchaser by implementing effectively-targeted promotions that build on consumer trust.

Aside from her professional commitments, Ms. Regan-Nelson is happily married to her wonderful husband Dan and lives in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Jennifer Tully Executive Vice President, Marketing
Jennifer Tully comes to The Regan Group as one of the founding marketing team members for DreamWorks SKG where she handled field operations for films such as “Amistad,” “Saving Private Ryan” and “The Prince of Egypt.”

After DreamWorks, Jennifer acted as the Director of Field Marketing at Destination Films, where she was a client of TRG. Mrs. Tully joined The Regan Group as an employee in 2001. Since then, she has worked on such high profile accounts as Coke, Pom Wonderful, NBC, Procter & Gamble, and Disney just to name a few.

Jennifer is originally from Dallas, Texas and attended the University of North Texas for her undergraduate work and Pepperdine University for graduate school.

A cultural guru, Jennifer has her finger on the pulse of what drives the consumer and she’s up on every burgeoning trend. When she’s not catching up on her reading, Jennifer loves spending downtime with her husband at their Sherman Oaks home.


Mike Regan COO/Vice President, Fulfillment
Mike Regan brings a wealth of business experience to TRG. Before taking over the duties of Chief Operations Officer/VP Fulfillment for TRG, Mike owned and operated one of the largest roofing companies in San Diego County with over 170 employees. He sold his business to assist his sister Patti in heading up the fulfillment division for The Regan Group in 1996 and has since grown it into the 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility that it is today. A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Mike brings years of experience and commitment to his senior position. Mike married his childhood sweetheart over 24 years ago and they have three beautiful children together.

Kevin Chianta Senior Vice President, Marketing
Kevin Chianta joins The Regan Group as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Chianta has more than 20 years experience in marketing. Prior to joining The Regan Group Chianta acted as Senior Vice President in charge of the Southern California office of Marketing Drive Worldwide, where he lead integrated marketing teams for Bimbo Bakeries (Oroweat Bread, National and ASM), Bandai America (Power Rangers, Tamagotchi), Hilton Hotels, Plantronics, Johnson & Johnson and Dockers.

Prior to his stint at Marketing Drive Worldwide, Chianta spent seven years at Ryan Partnership where he headed up their Southern California office and led promotion planning and execution efforts for Masterfoods (Pedigree Food for Dogs, M&M Mars Candies, Uncle Ben’s), Pillsbury (ASM all brands), Nestle Water (Arrowhead ASM), Nestle Ice Cream (National and ASM), Heineken Beer (ASM) and other major consumer product companies.

Prior to that he was one of the first employees at Super Marketing, Inc, now Mosaic Marketing, where he led the account teams for General Mills, Pillsbury, Kraft Foods and Phillip Morris.

Chianta’s expertise runs the gamut of promotion disciplines from national account planning and execution to local account specific marketing. His efforts have won Golden Reggies awarded by the PMA and the elusive Golden Shopping Card awarded by PROMO Magazine.

Kevin lives in Redondo Beach with his wife Heidi and their two dogs Mel and Roxy.
Julie Regan Strategic Alliance Director
With an outstanding closure rate, Julie Regan has been instrumental in landing some of TRG’s most high-profile partners. Time and time again, Julie secures exceptional strategic partners that enhance our innovative promotions for our clients.

After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Communications and Marketing, Julie began a 20 year run as a Sales Representative for companies like Allstate, AT&T Wireless and Nordstrom. Julie’s tenure at TRG began in 1998. Since then, she’s been responsible for securing Fortune 500 companies, regional partners, national retailers, QSR’s, specialty retailers, mars, grocery, electronics and travel partners just to name a few.

When not on the phone, sending out potential partner decks or meeting with prospects, Julie loves spending time with her family.
Carl Scarpetti Client Services Director, Fulfillment
Carl Scarpetti has been an integral part of TRG’s fulfillment division for over seven years.

After 12 years of owning his own company, coupled with a degree in business and marketing, Carl brings personal experience and a thorough understanding of customer service to his job in client relations. Carl’s past sojourn in the military has given him the skills to be not only detail-oriented but also a respected leader among warehouse personnel.

Carl ensures that every job that goes through our fulfillment division has the highest level of customer service.

With key clients like Paramount Farms, Dreamworks, Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment, Lions Gate Films and Nestle, Carl sees to it that every fulfillment job is handled accurately, efficiently and on-time!
Kelly Wagner Account Director
Part of TRG’s fresh crop talent pool, Kelly Wagner has been a standout from the beginning. A business graduate from Cal State Long Beach, Kelly first worked at Fox Searchlight in feature film and media promotions before landing at TRG to work on sweepstakes administration, field marketing and barter media campaigns.

Kelly’s specialty is that she elevates and over-delivers almost every promotion she works on from finding big prizing partners like ORBITZ, Hawaiian Tropics or Magnavox, to getting massive return on our clients’ investments.

Kelly is also highly trained to handle the most complex of sweepstakes administration ranging from an on-pack instant win game for the Shrek The Third DVD release, or the “Escape the Hive” online game and sweepstakes for DreamWorks’ Bee Movie DVD in partnership with Bumble Bee Foods.
Julie Thorne Account Director
Upon graduating with a Film and Television Degree from Chicago’s Columbia College, Julie Thorne has found herself immersed in the entertainment industry. Straight from the stages of “Second City,” the multi-faceted, humorist Julie moved to Los Angeles to cut her teeth in reality television: first at “Channel One News” covering teen girl issues and then at Lifetime Television producing daily segments about women for their show “New Attitudes.” From there, Julie spearheaded multiple creative projects and events, until The Regan Group brought her on full-time, putting her remarkable organizational skills and effective management style to apt use as an Account Director.

Since joining our team, Julie has become an invaluable asset by overseeing the successful execution of many high profile, multi-market programs and events ranging from screenings (NBC’s limited television series, “Revelations”), and concerts (ABC’s Country Music Block Party) to Fashion Shows (DeviantART) and Product Sampling (POMwonderful).

In her free time, Julie spends her quiet time either reading, painting. Movie-going (Oscar-worthy and otherwise) or dining at LA’s latest – and most fabulous – restaurants…where people-watching is considered not a sideline but a sport!
