OBJECTIVE

Create a one of a kind VIP experience to reward ViewSonic's key buyers and strategic partners with an all-inclusive 7-day Alaskan Cruise and Adventure Package.

TRAVEL ARANGEMENTS

Coordinated all air and ground transportation, plus created and booked the 7-day itinerary for each of ViewSonic's 40 guests.

DETAILS

Prior to departure, a 14-page color brochure was created for each guest. The custom brochure was complete with each day's itinerary and "helpful hints" about traveling in Alaska.

Representatives were available at each ground/port transfer, in addition to concierge service, a hospitality desk was set up aboard the ship to assist guests in planning day trips and answer any questions during the cruise.

Group "adventure tours" were arranged at each port. Tours included a helicopter ride over Juneau, Alaska's capitol city, a mountain bike trek through the Alaskan rain forest, a whale watching excursion, and a dog sled ride across the Alaskan tundra.

Each evening when guests returned to their rooms, a pre-arranged package was delivered, outlining the next day's events. On the last night, guests were given pictures from the trip to take home as souvenirs.

At the end of the trip, comment forms were distributed to any guest who chose to offer feedback. Over 98% of the forms rated the trip as "excellent."

RESULTS
