Assignment: Increase viewership and awareness for X-Files. Strategy: Create an on-line sweepstakes. Plan a visit to the "X-Files Declassified Sweepstakes" at www.fxnetworks.com where the unknown becomes uncovered! All month, viewers entered the sweepstakes simply by unscrambling X-Files clues from specific episodes from May 24-28, 1999. The grand prize was a visit to top secret X-Files locations in beautiful Vancouver! Other prizes included briefcases for all of your undercover work, Nokia phones for your secret phone calls, and X-Files gear to keep you "with it"!

On-Line Sweepstakes: An ideal promotional vehicle for the internet age. If you have a product/service to promote, tie-in this interactive program to gain optimal reach.


We executed a national TV promotion on Lifetime with :30 tags promoting the At First Sight contest on-line at www.lifetimetv.com with a link to the MGM web site. Viewers could enter to win a trip for two to the Fontana Spa at the Abbey at Lake Geneva, WI with airfare provided by United Airlines. First prizes included videos and soundtracks from At First Sight. This promotion, geared at women 25-54, also tagged the "Ask Martha" (Martha Stewart) radio show.

TV Promotion: Hit the tube with your product and it will get noticed. We negotiate reach and frequency in accordance with your goals and create a unique tag for your :30 spot.


CBS radio advertisers who purchased additional air time during off-hours received a special incentive: a trip for them and their guest to beautiful Club Med Paradise Island, Bahamas. The Regan Group coordinated the trip for 100 guests including resort accommodations, "Bohemian" themed packages, transportation, on-site events, a reception, and a dinner.

To promote part deux, New York based New Line Entertainment is giving out at the Licensing '99 International show a hot new premium item tying in with the soon-to-debut movie and license. It's a retro luggage tag with the shagedelic claim: "This Ain't Your Bag, Baby!"
