To garner attention for the re-release of the Beatles' Yellow Submarine animated movie and soundtrack, The Regan Group (TRG) is producing an exact replica of the yellow submarine that appeared in the movie for Capitol Records. The inflatable submarine is 14 feet high and 23 feet wide and will appear in Times Square and on the Sunset Strip in mid September.

DreamWorks SKG is releasing Prince of Egypt on video starting September 1st, and TRG is executing a barter TV promotion as promotional support. This promotion will air on 100 television stations including FOX, UPN, and WB. Promotional tags will tout the Habibi camel plush with video giveaways and grand prizes of backpacks containing Habibi, the Prince of Egypt home video, and other DreamWorks SKG titles like Antz, Small Soldiers, and Polly.

TRG recently executed a frequency card promotion for the mall-based
Hot Dog on A Stick with eRealBiz's Animal Crackups videos featuring a fuzzy puppet that doubles as a video cover! The promotion included POP in 93 Hot Dog on A Stick locations and prompted customers to purchase four combo meals to get one of three videos free. This promotion, incorporated with Hot Dog on A Stick's manager sales incentive program, increased sales by 40%! TRG is also handling all premiums for Hot Dog on A Stick's in-store sales and web site sales including logo'd stadium cups, T-shirts, stickers, and holiday themed items.

This fall two movies hit the video screen so big "It's scary, baby!" Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, and The Blair Witch Project are the two hottest video releases for the fourth quarter, and TRG has them both.

New Line Cinema has retained TRG to execute absolutely shagadelic account specific retail promotional items for Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me that will be distributed in the largest chain stores in the nation. We've created an incredibly groovy variety of items which feature the likes of Austin, Dr. Evil, and Mini-me, sure to guarantee that the video release will be a swingin' shindig!

Artisan Entertainment is definitely scaring up profits with the release of their low-budget indie, The Blair Witch Project. TRG created an account specific presentation that included concepts for promotional merchandise such a survival kits, flashlights, and jack knife key rings for those terrifying nights in the woods. TRG is also executing a multi-tiered media campaign that includes web promotion, an 80 market radio promotion, and a 40 market college promotion that targets the core demo so effectively it's positively spooky.

TRG planned another memorable sales incentive trip for ViewSonic. Merisel distributors who were top sellers of ViewSonic computers enjoyed a seven night cruise to beautiful Alaska with a guest. Once aboard, distributors were surprised with gifts each night of the trip such as champagne, imported chocolates, disposable cameras, tote bags, and logo'd Tommy Hilfiger jackets. TRG has received numerous compliments from the distributors on the VIP treatment and service!
