PROGRAM

TRG launched a customer loyalty program for Barbara’s Bakery in Q3 2016 that highlights the company’s support for endangered animals. We are incentivizing purchases and behaviors with a tiered prize structure and will allow customers to choose how they use their rewards, when they redeem and what they use them on.

SOLUTION/SUPPORT

  • We will reward many aspects of customer loyalty and engagement, not just receipts, including: watching videos, playing games, downloading content on endangered species.
  • We simplified the UPC process from past years with a receipt verification technology.
  • The program supports their entire portfolio of products whereas in past years different brands had separate loyalty programs.
  • We are giving away $2 coupons, adoption certificates, activity books and stuffed animals.
